    We want you to be 100% happy with our products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. There are no exceptions. Exchanges and returns must adhere to the following conditions.

    Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and sent via a trackable method. The original shipping fees are nonrefundable, and you, the purchaser, are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item there will be no shipping charge to you when we send the exchanged item to you.

    Clearance items, sale items that are 50% off or more, and special order items are final sale products and cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Items that are shipped internationally cannot be exchanged or returned.

    You will be notified by email when we receive your returned item(s). Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing refund. If the purchase was paid by check, money order, or C.O.D., a refund check will be issued. If paid by credit card, the account will be credited. If paid by a third party (PayPal, Amazon, eBillMe, or Google) a refund will be issued. Customers must place a new order for any replacement items.
