Enchanted Dancewear is proud to offer dance studios the ability to receive greater discounts year round with our Dance Studio Discount Rewards Program. Whether you are planning to set up a small boutique in your school, or need bulk orders for competitions or recitals, the Dance Studio Discount Rewards Program is designed to give you the biggest discounts on the products you need!
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM?
The Dance Studio Discount Rewards Program offers dance studios a year round discount off the regular retail price of dancewear carried at Enchanted Dancewear. Some conditions may apply and certain specialty items are exempt from this discount. As a rewards member you are not restricted to ordering only products regularly carried in stock. All products from our suppliers qualify for the discounts and there is no added cost to order items. There is never a minimum order, so order as much or as little as you need.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is easy and can be done on our website. Once your account has been set up, all orders placed online will be eligible for your discount. You will be provided a unique discount code to be used each time you purchase online and will have to be entered in the Promo Code section during checkout. Orders can also be placed via email and by phone. Please make sure to include your studio name on your emailed orders and have items separated by manufacturer and product SKU number. If some items are on back order, we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the estimated time it will take to have it in stock. You may cancel back orders up until they are shipped from the manufacturer to our warehouse
We ship via UPS and USPS. We do our best to expedite orders as soon as possible and usually have orders shipped in 1-2 business days. Shipments will be charged at their actual shipping cost, and any duties and taxes incurred on shipments will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Free shipping promotions do not apply to the discount rewards program orders. If chosen, your actual shipping cost will be billed at the time of shipment for the actual shipping cost. Please report any shipping errors within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can correct the errors as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your purchase, just send it back! We offer 30 day returns on new items with all original tags and boxes. All items must be void of writing, tags, or stickers. Large quantity returns of 5 or more items must be approved before returning. Special ordered items may not be returned. This includes any item, color, size, or width not regularly carried in stock. Defective merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or a replacement item.
Orders placed online can be paid with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Orders placed via email or by phone can be paid for by VISA, MasterCard, and by studio check.
